Why This Role Matters

We are partnering with a leading healthcare-focused organization to find a Sr. Analyst - Organizational Change Management who will play a vital role in driving change adoption for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. This is a contract-to-hire position (6-12 months) with potential for full-time conversion. The role is remote but candidates must reside in DC, MD, VA, WV, DE, NC, PA, FL, NJ, NY, or TX. Ideal for a detail-oriented, highly collaborative professional experienced in facilitating business transformation initiatives, preferably with experience at large payer organizations (e.g., Blue Cross, Aetna).

How You'll Contribute

  • Create and lead structured change management strategies to support large-scale transformations.
  • Monitor adoption efforts and success metrics to ensure sustainable business change.
  • Develop training strategies and help facilitate user training.
  • Build and deliver communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and identify mitigation strategies.
  • Support organizational design efforts including role alignment and future-state planning.
  • Collaborate with business units to manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track KPIs/OKRs, and ensure operational readiness.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures as part of readiness planning.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4+ years of experience in organizational change management, project management, or related roles.
  • Background in managing enterprise change initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in engaging multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or insurance industries is preferred.
  • Experience with large payer organizations (e.g., Aetna, Blue Cross) is a nice to have.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
  • Strong understanding of process mapping and business readiness tools.
  • Excellent data analysis and presentation abilities.
