Sales Consultant (Print Management Solutions)

MissionHires is hiring a Sales Consultant on behalf of our client, a global provider of print/document management solutions. This virtual role focuses on expanding market presence, driving consultative, software-based sales, and strengthening client relationships. Candidates should reside near a major airport in the Central, Mountain, or Western U.S. and be able to travel up to 60% (including overnights). Base salary: $90,000–$110,000, plus bonus based on goal attainment.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for complex software solutions

• Proven success as a subject matter expert in sales or consulting, ideally in output management or enterprise software
• Experience with print, scan, document management, workflow, or output management technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to position and sell complex software solutions in consultative environments
• Ability to travel up to 60% (including overnights) and reside near a major airport in the Central, Mountain, or Western U.S.
