Route Service Representative - Driver - 4 Day Work Week - Essex Junction, Vermont

Foley Services is seeking a route driver/service rep who is extremely independent and personable. We invite you to launch an exciting career with a true industry leader, and a local, growing, family-owned company.

As a Route Service Representative (RSR) you will be responsible for:

• Servicing your customers (the same every week) from a company-provided delivery vehicle (trucks like UPS/FedEx). This includes but is not limited to: restocking customers with clean garments, mats/rugs, and textiles; and picking up soiled items.

• Performing general account maintenance, including but not limited to: Completing inventories, modifying orders, collecting payments, and communicating inquiries to our Customer Service offer and/or account managers.

• Building strong relationships with your customers to achieve complete satisfaction and positive customer survey ratings.

• Following best practices set by the Company to ensure excellent service and quality is provided to our customers.

• Upselling additional products and services.

• Identifying potential leads for additional business.

• Valid driver license with clean driving record

• Route delivery experience is preferred (in the linen/uniform industry is even better)

• Proven ability to provide service to customers and exceed their expectations

• Must be a good communicator with the ability to sell

• Detail oriented - every account we serve has different requirements

• Ability to pick up and deliver clean and soiled uniforms and mats

• Comfortable using technology (such as handheld computers)
