The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, leading day-to-day operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role owns financial performance, team development, food safety, and brand standards. The General Manager sets the tone for the culture, builds a high-performing team, and ensures the restaurant consistently meets or exceeds sales, profitability, and service goals.

How You'll Contribute

General Manager duties include:
  • Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
  • Execute brand standards, recipes, and operating procedures consistently
  • Own restaurant financial performance including sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
  • Analyze P&L reports and implement action plans to meet profitability goals
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
  • Create a positive, accountable culture that drives performance and retention
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and waste control efficiently
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining a guest-first mindset
  • Support local store marketing and community engagement efforts

What Makes You a Great Fit

General Manager candidates must possess:
  • Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in fast food, QSR, or full-service casual dining
  • Must have a proven track record in management of COGS and Labor.
  • Strong skills in P&L reports and budgets a plus.
  • Great customer service skills
  • Team player
  • High School diploma or GED
