• Deliver personalized, high-quality care to oncology patients across medical, surgical,

  and post-op needs.

• Be the eyes and ears for patient progress — monitoring conditions, documenting in the

  EHR, and collaborating with the care team.

• Educate and empower patients and families to understand care plans and feel

  confident in their recovery journey.

• Offer not just clinical excellence but also emotional support and reassurance during

  every stage of care.

• Active RN license (state or compact).

• BLS certification required.

• At least 1 year of recent Med-Surg Oncology or Acute Care experience.

• A team player with strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
