The Director owns revenue, margin, and customer strategy, translating market opportunities into scalable programs aligned with manufacturing capabilities. As a senior commercial leader reporting to the President, this position directly impacts revenue performance, customer partnerships, innovation, and operational alignment across the organization.

How You'll Contribute

  • Develop and execute private label & foodservice growth strategy

  • Drive revenue, margin, and profitability for assigned accounts

  • Lead complex pricing, contract, and supply negotiations

  • Build and manage strategic national and regional customer relationships

  • Identify new market opportunities across retail and foodservice channels

  • Align forecasting and demand planning with manufacturing capacity

  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Quality, and Marketing

  • Lead innovation initiatives tied to customer growth strategies

  • Monitor KPIs, margin performance, and market trends

  • Oversee account development best practices and sales execution standards

  • Mentor and develop private label & foodservice sales talent

  • Travel 30–50% to customers, trade shows, and strategic meetings

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience

  • Significant private label or strategic account experience in food manufacturing, foodservice distribution, or CPG

  • Proven success driving profitable growth with large, complex accounts

  • Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership mindset

  • Expertise in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and long-term supply agreements

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with manufacturing and operations

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills

  • Excellent communication and executive presence

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Food manufacturing plant experience preferred
