Director - Emergency Services: A well-regarded healthcare facility in southern New Mexico is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Emergency Services to lead its Emergency Department operations. This position is ideal for a nurse leader passionate about driving quality initiatives, mentoring teams, and improving emergency care delivery in a community-focused setting. Location: Las Cruces, NM. Status: Full-Time, Exempt. Relocation: Partial assistance up to $10,000 available. Salary: To be discussed with a Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter. • Lead and oversee the operations of the Emergency Department including policy development, quality assurance, and team management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Manage departmental budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff to support professional growth and high performance.
• Champion quality initiatives and process improvements for patient care delivery.

• Active or eligible Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master’s (MSN, MBA, or Healthcare Administration) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in healthcare, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in a for-profit hospital setting strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building teams and implementing quality-focused initiatives.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS - required upon hire; TNCC - must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
