Center Manager - Midtown Sacramento, California

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in Midtown Sacramento, CA. In this full-time role you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, work closely with healthcare professionals, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to patient recovery in a supportive, collaborative environment. Relocation is available and visa support may be possible for candidates located in the U.S. or U.S. territories.

• Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Document treatment progress and ensure compliance with Medicare and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and families about therapy plans and rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated on best practices and industry trends through continuing education.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice or eligible for licensure.
• CPR certification (must meet state licensure requirements).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and assist patients safely using proper techniques.
